Having a card that "counters" Raiden does not mean it is always a good choice. Please note that battles are highly situational: this section only mentions cards that have mechanics that, for any reason, are particularly effective with/against, or particularly ineffective against Raiden. However, it can be used to simply dispel any debuffs. Raiden's SP1 can be blocked, so it's wiser to pick a good moment. While the enemy is stunned, it's possible to stack this effect, but it's also a good idea to use a Special Attack since the enemy won't be able to block. As such, it's recommended to equip him with block-breaking items (like Shuriken), to effectively finish a combo ender.
